The arrangement of the sexual and other services is determined exclusively between the model and the client on their own responsibility. The client does not conclude a contract with the agency.
2. Pictorial and textual representation of the services of the models

3. Payment, power of attorney to receive money
The agency does not charge the client any fee. The respective services are settled directly between the client and the model. As far as the agency is exceptionally entitled to receive the fee, it has for this money-receiving power of attorney.
4. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Cologne.
II. General Terms and Conditions of the Models
1. Conclusion of the contract
A contract between the model and client is only concluded when the model accepts the non-binding request transmitted by the agency, and the agency informs the client of this.
2. Type and scope of the services of the models
The essential parts of the contract (duration, type, and manner of the service) of the service contract concluded between the model and the client are determined by the contracting parties on their own responsibility. In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
3. Remuneration
The prices shown on the website www.ivana-models-escortservice.de refer exclusively to the time and company of the models and not to any services beyond that. Included is the agency commission, which the model owes to the agency.
Any travel expenses incurred by the model are not included, which the model estimates separately before the meeting.
The model is generally authorized to demand reimbursement of travel expenses from the client as well as a deposit of up to 40% of the hourly fee. The client shall transfer the deposit to the Agency’s account in advance. The agency is authorized to accept the money by the respective model.
The remaining amount of the agreed hourly fee and the travel expenses will be handed over to the model in cash in an open envelope at the beginning of the meeting without being asked.
4. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Cologne.
